When you register on the Proclass Website and create or update your user profile, and when you purchase Online Courses on the Website, we and third parties working with us will collect the following information:

  • Credit/debit card information 
  • Data relating to your use of our Website and enrolment in Online Courses

Participating in Online Courses

When you participate in an Online Course, we and third parties may collect and store the following additional information:

  • any email communications with Proclass to seek user support or to send queries related to the Course
  • any content submitted by you during the Course, such as written assignments, quizzes, and examinations, and the results of any assessments 
  • responses you voluntarily provide to Proclass, the course teachers, or third parties in questionnaires, surveys, or user research that you contribute.

Log Files

Proclass follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit a website. All hosting companies do this, and it is part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is to analyze trends, manage administration, track users’ movement on the website, and gather demographic information.

Proclass’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

At no time will you be required to submit any information on third-party websites as a condition for continuing a Proclass Course on the Proclass Website, and your decision not to provide information on third-party websites will never affect your progress on the Course.

  1. Storage and Security of Information

All information is stored on our secure servers. When you register, we will ask you to create a password that will enable you to access our Study Center and Online Courses. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask that you do not share this password with anyone.

In addition, we (or third parties acting on our behalf) may also store or process information that we collect about you in other countries, which may have different standards of data protection to those in the country in which you reside. We have put in place technical and organisational security measures to prevent the loss or unauthorised access of your personal information. However, while we have made our best efforts to ensure the security of your data, it is your responsibility to make an informed decision about whether to use our services and products or if your concerns about the handling of data require you to refrain from using our Website.

  • Unless you are taking an Online Course through your employer, you have the right to delete your account. To do so, contact us directly at info@pro-class.online.
  • Similarly, if we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, you can then withdraw your consent at any time.  Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

The Proclass Website is not intended for use of children under the age of 13. Proclass does not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Website at any time or in any manner.  If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
